New: Column Is Header of Set?

the special columns list of the field manager has been enriched with IS_HEADER_OF_SET.

This column returns 1 when the row matches the header of a set, otherwise it contains zero. When implemented, sets are always computed on Compute All requests.

Bug Fix: Local Variables in the overhead minute

Local Variables were not recorded when in the overhead minute.

New: Button to focus or create variable QEval (Quantity for Evaluation)

When column EVALUATED_QUANTITY is implemented, you have a new button at the bottom of the WBS Variables dialog.

When you click it, it places the cursor on the row containing the variable QEval if it exists, otherwise it creates the variable.
