A major component has been upgraded. If you detect some changes in the behavior of the spreadsheets let us know. The new version brings a better compatibility with Excel and pushes the limit of the number of formats in a file.
Typically, in an IDIQ contract we only take rows having quantities in the estimate. If we want to take all rows, we use a WBS report instead. However, some features are only accessible with IDIQ contacts (E.g.: selling coefficients in reports).
Sometimes we may want to see all rows, including comments in such reports. For this reason, we have a new option, accessible only when the report is of IDIQ type. The option is ‘Take all rows regardless their quantities’.
Notice that this flag can only work when rows are not sorted. If you activate ‘Sorted rows’, ‘Sorted rows with base’ or ‘Sorted rows with table’, the new flag is automatically disabled.
