Change: B.I. tools upgraded

Business Intelligence tools have been upgraded to latest version (2019.2.3).

New: Minutes – Import from Excel

In case of importing minutes from Excel with ‘Import from Excel’ to Qdv Minutes a non existent WBS Item, the process was terminated. Now user can continue and skip these minutes. She is also informed about line in Excel which contains that missing WBS Item.

Change: QDV Browser

More reactivity in the User Interface. When selecting a domain (WBS, Minutes, Gantt, Global Variables) in the settings, the button for re-creating the database is immediately enabled.

Some minor issues are fixed.
