Existing situation (without conditional formatting of cells and no editing of database of the estimate cells from the referencing minutes):
With double click on a (blue) cell in the minutes, you go to the corresponding place in the database of the estimate where the cell can be edited. With F4 you go back to the original cell in minutes.
However, this does not work from within the database of the estimate itself.
New situation: With double click you can for example go from minutes to the corresponding set in the database of the estimate. Another double click in a row of the database of the estimate let you go to the referenced article or set, etc… With consecutive F4 clicks you browse back from where you came.
Another change which has been done is that when a row referencing the database of the estimate is selected and then the database of the estimate tab is selected, we automatically browse to the corresponding row.
The centralized storage for articles and sets from overhead minute task was not possible. This is changed now, so that centralized storage from overhead minute task works identical as for any other task.
When collapsing all sets coming from database of the estimate, also the articles were wrongly marked as collapsed (‘+’ sign, different font, 1 shown for setdepth).
The sub map “articles” is no longer shown when a map consist solely of articles. The sub map articles will still exist when the parent map contains both articles and sets.
Change: Disconnecting from database of the estimate
When disconnecting rows from database of the estimate, then all subsets and articles of a set were also disconnected. This behavior is changed so that only the top level is disconnected now. If other levels need to be disconnected, this can be achieved by consecutive usage of the disconnecting function.
When typing a reference in the minutes with automatic drop down of articles from the preferred database, this was not stored centralized. This is changed now so that it is stored centralized when all settings for centralized storage are correct. Also a CTRL/W will trigger the centralized storage mechanism.
This change means that articles now work identical as sets concerning centralized storage.
New: Database tree based on article name
The database tree can now also be based on the article name.
