Bug Fix: Scenarios didn't work on French systems

With systems having a coma used for the decimal separator, application of scenarios failed when decimal figures were used in the WBS

Bug Fix: Scenarios didn't display all columns in user mode

When profiles were used to restrict visible columns in the condensed WBS, those columns were not visible in the scenario windows and that made it useless.
