Bug Fix: Cannot edit WBS variable workbooks under Excel

When workbook opened from the list of WBS variables, it was not possible to edit it under Excel. Now you can do it, even if it is invoked from any of the parent branches

Change: Can add WBS variables and edit workbooks on the fly

Now when you add manually a WBS variable in the list, it becomes immediately available when you click the Workbook button. If any change is carried out in the workbook, the list is repainted to reflect this.
