New: Column Evaluated Quantity flagged N/A when needed

The column Evaluated_Quantity which is the result of a formula when Formula_For_Quantity field is used is now flagged with N/A each time it requires a compute cost.

Bug Fix: Editing Quantity_For_Evaluation_WBS

When editing Quantity_For_Evaluation_WBS directly in the WBS, underlying rows were not properly flagged N/A.

Bug Fix: Save scenarios layout automatically

When scenario layout is modified because of a change in the WBS (added tasks, removed branches…) it is now automatically flagged so that you can save new layout without having to bring any change in the scenarios window.

Bug Fix: QDV Browser - Global variables with a dot in the name

If there was a dot in the name of a global variable, including it in the parameters caused the indexation and the search to malfunction.

Bug Fix: QDV Browser – Deletion of an estimate in a folder

If the user deleted an estimate in a folder that is surveyed, the list was not updated until the program starts again.

If the user added an estimate in a folder that is surveyed, the list was not updated until the program starts again. There is still a small delay until the correct refreshment.

If the user selected another database, the criteria and the result panel were not updated.

The error messages were shown incorrectly if the text was long enough.

The word ‘Settings’ was incorrectly shown in the French language (‘Paramètres’).

When a user opened the cell format dialog for a WBS column, it didn't load the current formatting of the WBS column.
