Change: Migration to new WBS fields manager

Before this change, all column IDs were re-created as Field_xxxx for all columns coming from the minutes. This could require some macros to be rewritten because some columns are no longer given same names.

Now, for single columns coming from the minutes, we keep old IDs. Existing estimates already migrated to new fields manager can restore their original column IDs by simply doing a check-and-repaint operation.

Notice that, for breakdown fields (fields coming from the minutes having several columns in the WBS) we keep naming these columns Field_xxxx to avoid confusion we had in old versions (before new fields manager)
