Bug Fix: Wrong installation files

The previous beta has wrongly compressed files in the Setup program. That concerned the What's New note and some other text files. This is fixed.

Bug Fix: Cannot access API documentation from Visual Studio

When editing a macro under Visual Studio, starting from QDV, the call to the API documentation in the menu resulted in an error.

You may need to reinstall the plugin under VS. You will find it in the QDV installation folder. It is named: QdvMacros.VsPackage.2017-2019.vsix

Debug Tool: How to solve "Cannot Get Identifier" message

Sometimes, mostly after major updates of the operating system, you get the message "Cannot Get Identifier" and QDV cannot start without a new license code. This is generally because some hardware components or names changed and QDV cannot build the unique identifier the license is bound to.

You have now a file named DEBUGCANNOTGETIDENTIFIER.TXT located in the sub folder Fixing-Tools. By copying this file to the installation folder, you can get clear messages explaining why the application cannot get an identifier.
