Bug Fix: Replace in nomenclatures didn’t involve Custom_Articles.dll

When working in an environment involving Custom_Articles.dll, the latter was not called when replacing articles from the nomenclatures.

New: Can set fields to 999999999 when articles are missing on update

When doing an update rows operation with missing articles, lines were simply ignored. You can now select another behavior by going to the Select Database / Settings window and checking appropriate box.
