New: Can delete all tasks and branches having quantity = 0

You will find a new menu in the Home tab, Navigate group, Tasks button named 'Remove branches and tasks when quantity=0'. It removes the tasks and branches having 'Quantity=0', ensure that all branches will still have at least one child an reindexes the estimate (does a 'Check and Repaint') operation.
