Bug Fix: Corrupted files with new WBS fields manager

The migration to the new WBS field manager could lead to corrupted file. When attempting to open a migrated file, the message 'Invalid row or column index' popped up sometimes. When you have such a message, you can now simply reindex the estimate (just do a 'Check and Repaint' operation)
