Bug Fix: Input blocked in all cases in overhead workbooks of frozen estimates

There was a leak in previous versions: it was no possible to input data in overhead workbooks of frozen estimate or in pushed version by regular means but it was still possible if the overhead workbook contains validations list (to sort data).

Of course, it wasn't possible to save you changes and keep changed values but you could temporarily print out wrong figures.

Now it's blocked in all cases (you can still unroll a list but it has no effect, the value is kept).
