Bug Fix: Cannot use global variables in formulas for quantity of the overhead minute

Attempting to use a global variable in a formula for quantity of the overhead minute returned an error.

New: Message to confirm insertion of Excel rows into the minutes when WBS_Item is mapped

When you map WBS_Item in the convertor called from the minutes, you may insert rows which are not immediately visible because WBS_Item tells in which task the rows must be inserted.

For this reason, we have added a message at the end to confirm that rows have been inserted. This new message appears only when WBS_Item is mapped (a simple drag/drop operation won' bring any message).
