Bug Fix: In the view pane, the list of opened estimates was not updated

When doing a 'Save as' operation, this list of opened estimate in the View / Windows menu was not immediately updaed.

Big Fix: 'Check and Repaint' operation failed because of WBS fields

When some names in WBS fields had to be adjusted, the check and repaint operation failed when an error message if it was launched from the minutes or the condensed WBS. It worked fine only from the expanded WBS and the overhead workbook.
