Change: Editing a cell having a FORMULA comment

When you input a formula in a numeric field of the Minutes or in the quantity of the WBS, QDV keeps you formula as a comment to remind you what you typed.

But if you alter that field with a request or a macro, the comment is not removed. We need to keep it because it could contain more than the formula; E.g.: some comments added to know what composes the value.

When you double clicked in such a cell or pressed F2 key, the formula being in the comment became editable and if you pressed ENTER, the result stored in the cell became the result of the formula. This sounds logical but could lead to mistakes.

Now, when you edit a cell with a double click or the F2 key, QDV evaluates the formula stored in the comment and if its result is the figure you have in the cell, the formula is edited as earlier behavior but if the result of the formula differs from the figure being in the cell, the value is edited instead of the formula. This is safer.

Bug Fix: Display issue when migrating columns having a breakdowns

When a column of the minute was broken down in the WBS into several columns (E.g: MATERIAL_TotalCost by MATERIAL_KindId), when the list has items purely numeric such as 01, 02, 03, etc. The heading was wrongly displayed in 7.19 versions.

Bug Fix: Changes not reflected in 'Quantity Per Unit' field for deepest values

Change made manually in the Quantity field of the minute were not reflected in the Quantity per Unit field for depth greater than 7. Depth may range 1-9 in the minutes.
