New: Extended user API for sets.

The following new members were added to the ISetDatabase interface.

•Close method which closes the database.

•FieldsRepository property that gets the repository which provides access to fields in this database and to their management. It returns an object of the newly added type IFieldsRepository.

The following new methods were added to the ISet interface.

•GetFieldValue

•SetFieldValue

Bug Fix: Spigao Import function failed with some complex estimate layouts

With some estimate configuration, the new 'Spigao import' function in partners application failed.

Bug Fix: Check And Repaint function enhanced

The check and repaint function has been enhanced to fix more possible issues creates by the migration of estimates to 7.19 version. This could occur and bring an error message when computing selling prices. Particularly when they have complex WBS layouts.
