Bug fix: Some problems when the name of a QDV user or s sharing user (owner) contained an apostrophe character

A QDV user can contain an apostrophe, e.g. Chargé d'études. The custom layout and formatting of the WBS columns wasn't saved for such user. Similarly, there could be a crash if a sharing user (owner) contained a ' character.

Bug fix: Missing Duration in export to MS Project

Added missing Duration and Actual Duration to MS Project .xml file.
