New: Creation of repartition curves can be controlled from user profiles

A new check box in the definition of user profiles has been added to control the creation and edition of repartition curves. So far, only administrators had permission to create such curves.

To preserve compatibility with old versions, this flag is stored with macros and requests permissions as explained in 7.19.724. This means that when you downgrade to an older version, permission will be denied to user in accordance with old behavior.

New: Check printers at startup

QDV cannot work on systems with no printer driver (of PDF driver). Some servers are delivered with no printer driver and that caused the application to crash at startup with no message because the error message was hidden under he splash screen.

Now, a clear message appears. Notice that you can install any printer, even a basic text driver.
