Bug Fix: In nomenclatures, rows from database of estimate having formulas were left empty

In the nomenclatures view, when formulas were implemented and specific to the nomenclatures, evaluated figures were absent in rows coming from the database of the estimate.

Bug Fix: Quantity_For_Evaluation_WBS not propagated on links

When using links in the WBS along with QEval at WBS level, it was possible to input different figures in the Quantity_For_Evaluation_WBS in the same link. This is no longer possible and estimates having such discrepancy are corrected when doing a 'Compute All' operation.

Bug Fix: Row properly flagged to N/A when using the new 'Import from column' function

When using the 'Import from column' function to import figures to the native Quantity column, rows were not flagged properly when the new Qwbs variables is used in the Formula_For_Quantity column.
