Bug Fix: Import using the preferential databases by typing reference failed

When one or several preferential databases are used in an estimate having database of the estimate + centralized storage activated, two row were inserted in the database of the estimate instead of one.

Bug Fix: Better N/A flags

When dealing with WBV_ variables (at the level of the WBS), N/A flags in the minutes were not always properly set.

New: Import / Export from Excel in WBV_ variable workbooks

The workbooks designed to fed the WBV_ variables (in the WBS) have two new menus: Import and Export. You can use them to export to external Excel files or to import external Excel files.

Importing such files will remove all link to WBS_ variables for the considered workbook.
