Change: Whole application translated into French

The entire application, including the QDV Tools for Excel and the Repair tool has been translated into French. The documentation has been adapted accordingly.

Change: What's New note adapte for official version 7.20

The official version 7.20 is scheduled for June 5, 2020. It'll be derived from this version 7.19.763 so you can validate this version in your environment and report any problem you could encounter or any missing features you would like to see implemented soon.
