The documentation (Help) has been updated for both languages to take into account new features.
Inn the recently implemented tree structure for the database of the estimate, it was only possible to select leaves, not nodes. You can now select both.
When you edit the bottom panes of the minutes or of the nomenclatures, you get a formula bar on top.
We had a restriction so that a user couldn’t reference a column name not displayed by the administrator in the bottom pane of the minutes or the nomenclatures.
On the other hand, it was possible for a user to display figures from this column so it made no sense to hide the name of the column. The restriction has been removed
A new check box has been added to the profile definition form so that one can enable users to edit the bottom panes of their minutes and nomenclatures.
This can be useful because the bottom panes may bring a little security leak when users can edit them because all columns can be referenced using formulas there.
This also includes columns which are not displayed by the administrator.
With the new check box, the security is restored.
Due to recent changes (about 4 months ago), we had two confusing texts in the definition of user profiles. The first one “Create and Edit distribution curves” had no effect and this function was set by the “Create and modify curves”.
The first one has been removed and the second one properly named.
