Bug Fix: Additional Feature – Gantt according to WBS

With the new field manager in the WBS we had to adapt the function which hides / shows the column containing the unique identifier Gantt-WBS. Now, when you want to use this function (Accessible from Macros / Additional Features / Gantt according to WBS) you need to display this column in the administrator mode because a user can never see a column which is not displayed by the administrator.

Bug Fix: Error when all WBS selling prices are forced with EXTRA_COST_TO_ALLOCATE_TO_WBS column

When the column EXTRA_COST_TO_ALLOCATE_TO_WBS is implemented. If all selling prices are manually forced in the WBS an error occurred.
