Bug Fix: Excel Pricing Tool. Regression in 7.20.778

Refreshing the CUSTOMER_MAPPING was leading to a serious crash.

New: Excel Pricing Tool. Outline is handled in resulting mapping

The mapping are generated and then decorated with outline

Bug Fix: Excel Pricing Tool. Handle the DPI issue in the distribution parameters

For screens with normal resolution, the alignment and size of dynamic controls like solvers, general parameters, or coefficients where incorrectly rendered.

New: Excel Pricing Tool. In the distribution, always put the unaffected resources in the bottom list

The resources which are not affected are now always in the bottom list whereas we as for this list or for an affected list.

New: Excel Pricing Tool. Distribution - Always show the Save, Import, Export buttons

When scrolling in the parameters, the buttons Save, Export, Import stay visible at the top.

Change: Excel Pricing Tool. Pricing- Allow only Include, Increase, Decrease in the CUSTOMER_MAPPING sheet

Some groups of buttons are now enabled or disabled depending on which sheet we are. This avoids some error when an action was made in an incorrect sheet.
