Bug Fix: Cannot activate QDV Tools for Excel with Enterprise Edition

QDV Tools for Excel requires QDV Ultimate Edition but it was possible to activate it by running directly the corresponding Exe file from the installation folder. However, the QDV menu was displayed under Excel but not usable. Now when you attempt to activate QDV Tools for Excel using the Exe file, you get a clear error message when the ULTIMATE Edition is not installed.
