Bug Fix: In the API, IGanttItemInfo.AddTaskRelation didn't add the created relation to the IGanttItemInfo.TaskRelations property.

The IGanttItemInfo.AddTaskRelation method created and returned a new relation. But this new relation wasn’t added to the IGanttItemInfo.TaskRelations property.

Bug Fix: Error when pushing a progress with a formula in the quantity column

When pushing a progress layer with a formula in the native quantity of the WBS, the quantity resulting from the formula was kept instead of a null value.
