Bug fix: WBS fields were not correctly imported from 7.18 estimate in one special case

The problem occurred if the original estimate in 7.18 format had some WBS breakdown fields that were displayed incorrectly by coincidence. This only happened if breakdown values had numeric value, e.g. "530".

In such a case, it could happen (very rarely) that instead of the text, the value was stored as a number with decimal numbers in the WBS column.

So the breakdown value in the WBS field was incorrectly “530,00” instead of “530”. This has puzzled the conversion from 7.18 to higher versions.

Bug fix: The header formatting for WBS fields was not propagated to all users.

The header formatting for WBS fields is global for all users and only the Administrator can change it (in Edit mode).

Bug Fix: Grayed window in the sorted WBS function

The recent Sorted WBS function displayed a gray window for some estimate having a split in the WBS.

Bug Fix: QDVTools4XL - No operation during Edit mode

When the user is editing a cell and presses any command bar before ending editing, module was crashing.
