Change: New Design achieved

The new logos and icons are now implemented.

The themes available conforms Ms Office 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365 so if you had an Office 2010 theme previously selected it'll be replaced automatically by one of the new themes at startup. You can change it using the File / Tools menu but you can no longer use Office 2010 themes.

Notice that the backstage view (the panel shown under the File menu has the color of the theme). For Office 2019 / 365 it should inherit the color of the module, regardless the theme used. Our component is not able to do this a this step but we'll provide soon the enhancement.

If you have macros of programs calling our API which invoke Office 2010 themes they will fail at loading time because Office 2010 themes are no longer deployed with QDV. You may have to adapt your macros.
