New: Embedded Workbooks allowed in database of the estimate and overhead minute

In-Row workbooks are now allowed in database of the estimate and overhead minute. However, there are some restrictions because these workbooks are evaluated where they are located (E.g.: in the database of the estimate) but they are not re-evaluated for each instance of the line (where lines are consumed).

So, you cannot use any input field referencing directly or indirectly a quantity in a workbook stored in the database of the estimate. And of course, you cannot make any reference to a field coming from the WBS in both database of the estimate and overhead minute.

You cannot write to quantity fields or fields involved in the calculation of the quantities from such a workbook hosted by the database of the estimate.

QDV provides warning messages at computing time if you attempt to refer to a prohibited field in input or in output.

New: Better support for multilingualism in the converter

The converter fully supports usual QDV syntax for the tree structures of databases. E.g.: {EN}English text{FR}Texte en français…
