New: Estimate Converter – Auto Levels – New option ‘Also take blank rows above and below minutes’

There is new option ‘Also take blank rows above and below minutes’ in ‘Auto level properties’ dialog:

Which can be selected when also ‘Take blank rows when they are between rows of minutes’ is selected.
