Change: Moving tasks to and from options no longer uses the Windows clipboard

All cut / paste operations involved when moving tasks or branches to and from options used the Windows clipboard so far.

But the clipboard was sometimes not-accessible and brought the message "Cannot access Clipboard". We found a workaround where we don't access the system clipboard anymore for these operations.

Change: no ‘X’ in ‘HasWBSVariable’ column when QEval only is shown

In the WBS column ‘HasWBSVariables’, QDV no longer displays an 'X' in WBS when the only variables in the list is QEval because QEval is not a user variable.
