Change: Better support for 3 screens configurations

The position of windows like articles manager or sets manager was not properly restored when more than 2 screens were used.

Bug Fix: Error "Violation of concurrent access"

The error message  "Violation of concurrent access: UpdateCommand affected 0 records. 1 expected" appeared sometimes.

Bug Fix: Char ' supported in references

The char ' was not supported in some QDV functions and returned an error

Change: formatting changes allowed for locked cells in converter

Changes to format of cells is now permitted for locked cells in then converter module.
