Bug Fix: The expanded WBS sheet got broken after some operations

The expanded WBS sheet got broken after some operations with a task that had more than 100 comment rows. This happened after:

 1. copy and paste of such task.

 2. removing such task and then performing Undo.

The original rows after such pasted task were incorrectly overwritten by the comment rows of the task. If the task was placed close to the bottom of WBS, also the Free area and Options header could be overwritten, and this info was lost forever.

Some error messages were displayed to the user.

Bug Fix: Some old estimate didn’t open

An error message at opening time saying that the overhead workbook cannot get unprotected could occur when attempting to open some rare old estimates.

New: Can change background of the tree control (left of WBS and minutes)

To enhance readability, you can now change the background color of the tree control at the left of WBS and minutes.

For this purpose, a new button has been added to the View/Show / Hide flags tab in the menu.
