New: Distribution fields can handle quantity fields coming from the minutes

You can now use as a quantity field in the definition of new distribution fields a field coming from the minutes as soon as it can be edited in the WBS.

Change: Spreadsheet component updated

The Spreadsheet component has been updated to support more Excel features.
