New: Improved management of WBS columns

Added Cut columns and Paste columns in the expanded WBS context menu.

When a new WBS field is created in Field’s manager, it is no longer appended at the end of WBS. Instead, the user can insert it to any position or unhide it in the default position, similarly as in Minutes.

The new Go to button is available in Insert / unhide WBS columns window, similarly as for columns in Minutes:

New: Areas named in the WBS sheet of the overhead workbook

New names WBS_Range_Items and WBS_Range_Full appear now automatically in the overhead workbook when the WBS sheet-in-overhead feature is activated. It’s convenient when you want to reference this sheet in formulas.

Bug Fix: WBS to BOQ distribution failed with non-native quantity columns

When non-native quantity columns were used in the WBS to BOQ distribution fields, it returned wrong figures for some fields (per-unit fields) when a branch was pushed to another branch.

This has been resolved by restricting the usage of non-native quantity columns to estimate where quantities in WBS branches are forced to 1 (see Options / Editing).

Change: API function to copy WBS columns much faster

The API function IWBS.CopyWholeColumn is now much faster because we deactivate the automatic calculations of the WBS temporarily when we run it. In some estimates it proven to be up to 50 times faster.
