Bug Fix: Several bugs appeared in beta 7.21.889

An error in a central place in beta 7.21.789 created many problems:

At editing time in the expanded WBS, the text entered could immediately disappear when Enter key was pressed.

In the WBSs of the Word documents, blank lines could disappear. this error may have been found in many other places.

All these problems are now fixed.
