Change: Updater downloads file in asynchronous fast way

The recent change to speed up downloads of update was not reliable enough: sometimes, for large files like documentation the process hooked leading to long download times.

We have changed that to load files in asynchronous way so long process never hook the process.

In terms of download performance, it's very similar to what was added recently with synchronous process.
