Bug Fix: Header of expanded WBS wrongly merged

Due to recent improvement in the loading of estimates, it could display expanded WBS headers wrongly merged.

Bug Fix: Entry in Variables_For_Sets column failed

When the Variables_For_Sets column was used in the minutes, it was no longer possible to input data manually. The cell was left empty each time the ENTER key was pressed.

Change: Naming restrictions in variables for sets removed

QDV checked that names used for variables for sets complied with Excel naming convention. E.g.: "V1" was not supported. This restriction has been removed because internally, these variables are processed with a prefix (SET_V1) so they are always supported as soon as they use Digits, Underscores and Letters.

Bug Fix: QDV didn't update when updater service was installed

Due to major changes in recent beta 894 (Framework 4.8), the updater services installed with previous versions were not able to update QDV.
