Bug Fix: QDV could crash when inserting or deleting rows in the minutes

In recent betas, scrolling fast, inserting a lot of row or deleting a lot of rows could lead to a white screen. A "Check and Repaint" operation was required to restore the estimate.

Bug Fix: Entering data in Formula_For_Quantity or Variables_For_Set fields lead to wrong character

When directly typing the decimal separator in Formula_For_Quantity or Variables_For_Set fields, the typed character was changed into the list separator. The problem was not visible in English but in the languages where the coma is used as the decimal separator, it was changed into the list separator (usually the semicolon).
