Change: Can come back to official version from beta version

Due to recent upgrades in components, it was no longer possible to come back to the official version without re-installing if if you had a beta version installed

Now, you can just select "Official version" in the "File/Help" menu to come back to the official.

Change: Tarifeo Database didn't work well

The drag and drop of articles in Tarifeo databases has been rewritten and should be much faster.
