Bug Fix: WBS to BOQ relations has problems

Problems in WBS2BOQ relations fixed. Total mode in the WBS was not properly handled. Also, some issue appeared when a branch having a quantity was spread on another branch having a quantity (quantities greater than one in branches)

Bug Fix: Export of an “Overhead-type” report

When exporting an overhead-type report to PDF format or to Excel format, some values in cells referring to hidden sheets were lost. For security reasons, QDV deletes rows and columns in hidden sheet so that you don’t deliver Excel-workbook with hidden figures. To avoid this error, QDV does a copy-paste operation in all visible sheets and at the very end, deletes lines and columns in hidden sheet so, figures in visible sheets are kept.
