Bug Fix: corrupted Cash-flow curves crashed QDV when using report generator

When attempting to create a default Overhead-type report the application could crash if a corrupted cash-flow curve was found in the overhead workbook. Now it delivers a message saying that the curve has to be replaced by a fresh one.

Bug Fix: Switching languages in reports generator could crash the application

When an estimate was recorded under a given UI language and opened under another UI language, an attempt to reach the report generator with an Overhead-type report could sometimes crash QDV if a cash-flow curve was used in the overhead workbook.
