Change: SPIGAO converter optimized

The import function of the SPIGAO interface has been improved significantly (about 20 times faster). The progress bar of the export function if better displayed and a message is posted when data is sent to the interface at the end.

Change: QDV Publisher displays nothing in silent mode

So far, the new switch (/S) in the publishing tool kept the window visible on the screen. However, this can prevent the application from running on servers like Azure. So now, when you use the /S switch, nothing is displayed. You can see if the application runs properly by checking the log file.

Change: New Gantt component

We rewrote the Gantt component so now we can extend it quite easily. This will let us bring new features and make it more reliable. Because this is a major change, please let us know if you discover bugs or change in the behavior.

Bug Fix: horizontal lines displayed in the PDF editions when options are kept in core estimate

The recent feature (options in core estimate) displays strike-through lines above lines which are optional in the core part of the estimate but these lines were not visible in the PDF exports from the report generator.
