Improvement: A long delay after the user edited a free WBS field value in some cases

After the user edited a free WBS field value, there could be a several seconds delay after pressing ENTER – nothing happened and the UI was not responsive. This happened if there was any WBS field with "Copy value to Quantity column (estimate/progress)" set to Yes and there was at least one WBS distribution field in the estimate.
