Bug Fix: Error message didn't display well in the "Assign Gantt task" window

the "Assign Gantt Task" window in the minute displayed error messages for one second only. They are now properly displayed.

Notice that you cannot assign a milestone because a milestone has no duration. You get an error message if you attempt to do this.
