Change: Updater works only in fast download mode but attempt to download several times

We changed our mind in the updater of QDV. We recently decided to switch to slow HTML mode so that QDV can downloads with poor bandwidth but after tests with weak internet connections it appears that this could lead to several hours of download. So, we rolled back to fast binary download but we attempt to repeat the process up to 10 times to ensure that download which failed at first attempts are finally properly carried out.
