New: Added new properties in IMinutesField in the API

The following new properties were added in IMinutesField interface:

•VisibleInMinutes

•VisibleInDatabaseOfEstimate

•VisibleInOverheadMinute

New: Merge estimates – Copy minutes to another estimate

There is new function ‘Merge estimates…’ in Tools\General to copy minutes from source to destination estimate of selected Tasks or selected Branches based on WBS Item/WBS Description or WBS Item + WBS Description.

Bug Fix: WBS Branches not displayed when minutes are empty in IDIQ reports

When using IDIQ reports with nothing in the minutes (only figures in the WBS), the branches of the WBS were not displayed.

New: Can change SPIGAO working folder

When you import an estimate using SPIGAO partner and you move the local folder, you no longer have to manually adapt the global variables because you're invited to select the moved folder right after the error message pops up.
