Change: QDVTools4XL Gantt – non numeric values in sub-tasks

In 7.23.1041, we introduced the possibility to enter a non-numeric value in the planning part. It is interpreted as a numeric value of 1. In the free tasks and free sub-tasks, the same behavior is now active.

Change: QDVTools4XL Distribution – Ensure that the estimate is computed

The estimate that is linked with a repartition workbook must be computed before running the first phase. A control is made now and is mandatory.
