Bug fix: QDVTools4XL Distribution – Fix an issue when changing the source of a distribution

If we decide to change the source estimate of a distribution model, we unlink the current one and link the new one. Before this fix, it was necessary to close the workbook after the operation and open it again in order to see the correct parameters. Fixed.

Bug Fix: Similar descriptions in suggested input

If we had similar descriptions when using preferential databases for the auto-suggested inputs, only the first occurrence of the description was proposed in the list. Now all are suggested.
